Who we are

DigitalStaff ("we", "us", "our") builds, hosts, and manages custom AI employees that handle sales, support, and operations work for businesses. You can reach us at hello@digitalstaff.in.

Our services

We provide a done-for-you service: we build and train an AI employee for your business, connect it to your chosen channels and tools, and host and manage it on an ongoing basis. Our services are billed as a one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly plan. Final scope and pricing are confirmed with you before any work begins.

Payments and billing

• The one-time setup fee is charged up front, before we begin building your AI employee.
• The monthly plan is charged at the start of each billing cycle and covers hosting, management, improvements, and an included usage allowance.
• Usage beyond your plan's included allowance is drawn transparently from prepaid credits.
• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, content, and access needed for us to set up and run your AI employee.
• Ensure you have the right to share any data, documents, or contacts you provide to us.
• Use the service in compliance with applicable laws and the terms of the platforms it connects to (for example, WhatsApp, Meta, and your CRM).
• Not use the service to send spam, unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.

Intellectual property

The DigitalStaff platform, software, and underlying systems remain our property. Content and data you provide remain yours. During your engagement, we grant you the right to use the AI employee we build and operate for you, for your own business.

Third-party services

Our service relies on third-party platforms and providers (for example, messaging and advertising platforms, AI model providers, hosting, and payment processing). Their availability and terms are outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Service availability

We work to keep your AI employee running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time. AI-generated responses can occasionally be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing outcomes that matter to your business.

Cancellation

The monthly plan is rolling and can be cancelled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; it does not refund fees already charged for work performed or the current cycle, except as set out in that policy.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalStaff is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the service in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with its updated date.
