Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-time setup fee

The setup fee covers the work of building, training, and connecting your AI employee. Because this is custom work performed specifically for you:

• If you cancel before we begin setup work, the setup fee is fully refundable.
• Once setup work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable, as it reflects work already carried out for you.

Monthly plan

• Monthly plans are rolling and charged at the start of each cycle.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future monthly charges.
• The current month's fee is non-refundable once the cycle has started, as it covers hosting and management already provisioned for that period. Your AI employee continues to run until the end of the paid cycle.

Prepaid usage credits

Unused prepaid usage credits are non-refundable but remain available for use while your plan is active.

How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel your plan or request a refund, email hello@digitalstaff.in from your registered email, or reach us via our contact page. Please include your business name and the reason for your request.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card provider.

Exceptional cases

If you believe there has been a billing error or the service was not delivered as agreed, contact us and we will review your case fairly and resolve it in good faith.
